This time after another 30 days all parts magically appeared and the service manager promised repair would be done by thursday 06/13/2024 ( it was tuesday 06/11/2024. If your running boards are not working at all, they might not extend or retract when you open or close the vehicle door.

It’s a bit of a step up and especially for my 5’4 wife. My 1st work on it was to install power running boards.
